nStop is a cognitive training platform designed to help users improve adaptability, decision-making, strategic thinking, and performance under pressure.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how it is used, and the choices available to users.
Information We Collect
When you create an account or use nStop, we may collect:
- Email address
- Username
- Timezone settings
- Simulation responses
- AI-generated feedback
- XP, levels, ranks, and progression data
- Training streaks and on-time streaks
- Subscription status and plan information
- Profile creation date
- Platform activity related to simulations and training progress
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe.
nStop does not store credit card numbers, CVV codes, expiration dates, or banking information.
We may store subscription-related identifiers such as Stripe Customer IDs, Stripe Subscription IDs, subscription plans, and subscription status.
Artificial Intelligence
Simulation responses may be processed through OpenAI services in order to generate evaluations, scoring, analysis, and feedback.
Emails
nStop currently sends simulation deployment emails to notify users when new simulations become available.
We do not currently send newsletters, promotional campaigns, or marketing emails.

Data Storage
User data is stored using Supabase infrastructure.
Digital content and documents may be stored using Supabase Storage services.
Account Deletion
Users may delete their account through available platform controls.
Account deletion removes the user's profile and authentication account.
Certain historical simulation records, submissions, feedback records, and platform analytics may remain stored after account deletion.
Administrative Access
Platform administrators may access stored simulation responses, feedback records, and account information when necessary to operate, maintain, improve, or troubleshoot the platform.
